Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation with no penalty within 7 days of booking. After the first week, our cancellation policy is as follows:

-30 days notice or more: no cancellation fee.

-less than 30 days notice: the full price is forfeited.

Weekday nights at 6 pm

Pickup/Departure

Skills sessions depart from Gears Bike Shop, 109 Vanderhoof Road, at 6 pm unless otherwise noted. Please check in at 5:45 pm. (Please note: Thursday night sessions for Lapdogs members start at the Pottery Road trailhead)
